Yes, It Is Worth $75! December 27, 2005 Ok...so the price Amazon claims isn't that reasonable, but I'd still pay that much for this CD. Final Fantasy IX has, in my opinion, the best music of the series, even if it may not be the best game. My favorite tracks are "A Place To Call Home" and "Not Alone," both off the first disc. The later tracks, like in all FF games, suffer from being mainly remixed versions of the first songs, which is why I gave it a 4 star rating. Still, if you're a fan of the Final Fantasy series, this is pretty much a must have. If you're having difficulty finding a copy, iTunes has all the FF music available now, which is where I got most of the songs I have now.
Sweet November 17, 2005 This soundtrack is another one for a Classic RPG. Bring on the Thieves! I loved FF IX and the music therefore I had to get the soundtrack. It's worthy every penny!
Excellent Soundtrack October 3, 2005 This is my first purchase of a soundtrack for any game, and I must say that I am pleased. The artist's rendition of the characters brings about a new perspective that adds realism to the game. Also, the music is amazing. The bonus tracks (Commercial 15 and Commercial 30 and Harmonic Melodies of Life) are very well done. If it were a bit more durable, I wouldn't complain; the CD case has already broken. However, the CDs still play, and I still love it!
